SOUTH METRO PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING FACILITY
PART-TIME PROGRAM COORDINATOR

The City of Edina is accepting applications for a part-time Program Coordinator at the South Metro Public Safety Training Facility. The position oversees public programs offered at the South Metro Public Safety Training Facility. Duties include providing primary point-of-contact, coordinating staff, maintaining strict enforcement of policies, managing programs and use of facilities, creating and presenting course materials to groups, maintaining supplies and developing proposals for new programs. Good communication and organizational skills, and professional appearance and demeanor mandatory. Current certification(s) as range safety officer and/or pistol instructor is preferred. General knowledge of the mechanics and operations of firearms range equipment is desired.

Starting salary: $15-$18/hour DOQ
