EDINBOROUGH PARK
BUILDING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

The City of Edina is accepting applications for a Building Operations Supervisor at Edinborough Park. The position is responsible for supervision of park facility and part-time staff. Other duties include set-up and tear-down for special events; communicating effectively with park patrons; monitoring and operating basic functions of the HVAC system, lighting controls, sound systems, pool filtration equipment, exercise equipment and alarm system; operating grounds maintenance equipment; general park cleaning; and cleaning and inspecting large indoor play structure. Must be able to lift 75 pounds, and work flexible schedule including most weekends. Candidate may choose four-day, 10 hours per day or five-day, 8 hours per day work week. Previous building maintenance experience preferred. Must possess positive verbal skills.

Salary range is $34,275-$45,700 per year.
